Job summary

Beamex in Pietarsaari is seeking a Management Systems Coordinator to help ensure our management system remains effective, compliant, and evolving. You will support multiple business units and stakeholders across the organization.

The role blends structure with development, collaborating across functions and using modern technologies and AI to drive improvements. You’ll join a four-person team and receive onboarding support to grow in quality, compliance, process development, data, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of business processes and how organizations operate.
• Interest in quality, compliance, continuous improvement, or process development.
• Strong digital skills and enthusiasm for AI and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop management system documentation, processes, and policies.
• Support process owners in documenting, analyzing, and improving their processes.
• Support document management practices and tools and their development.
• Support internal audit activities and follow up audit findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate management system-related training and awareness activities.
• Promote the use of data, digital tools, and AI in management system development and improvement work.
