Job summary

3stepIT is seeking a Service & Logistics Manager to lead an international outbound logistics team across Nordic centers and a Paris JV. You will drive end-to-end order fulfillment, from trading sales to delivery and invoicing, while harmonizing processes, tools and ways of working across markets.

The role blends people leadership, operational excellence and international process development to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Logistics degree an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics and/or customer service experience in forwarding or shipping.
• DGSA qualification is a plus; Lean Management certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the three-person Outbound team, setting targets and fostering collaboration.
• Drive operational performance by monitoring KPIs, service levels and targets, identifying improvements.
• Participate in carrier and LSP partnerships, including negotiations and onboarding of new carriers.
• Develop and harmonize Trading Sales fulfillment across the Nordics and Paris JV.
• Support omnichannel planning and execution of logistics for omnichannel deliveries.
• Coordinate KYC onboarding for new Trading customers with SSC and distribute docs to stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of Trading Sales services and logistics solutions with key stakeholders.
• Act as Trading key user for ServiceNow to drive outbound-related capabilities.
