Job summary

3stepIT seeks a Tech Lead – ERP to drive the delivery of enterprise IT solutions across ERP and related systems. You will mentor engineers, translate business needs into technical delivery, and own architecture, security, and performance across projects. Location options include Helsinki or Tampere, Finland, with occasional travel.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes in a fast-paced global team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years IT experience with 3+ years in a Tech Lead or similar role.
Experience leading technical teams and delivering large IT projects.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, integrations, and design patterns.
Experience with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD and ITIL frameworks.
Proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; Finnish language is a plus.
