Job summary

Hiab is seeking a CPQ Business Solution Owner to lead and continuously develop the global Lead-to-Order process, leveraging Salesforce CPQ as a core platform for managing leads, opportunities, quotes and pipeline.

The role is based in Helsinki, Finland or Malmö, Sweden, and requires close collaboration with sales, product management and external technology partners to ensure the solution meets business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing end-to-end quote-to-order in a global B2B manufacturing environment with CPQ platforms.
• Proven change management and agile execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage impact on the solution.
• Lead UAT and solution validation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product management and process leads to prioritize requirements.
• Drive user adoption through training and ongoing support.
• Own end-to-end global lead-to-order process and CPQ lifecycle from roadmap to release.
