Job summary

Serres is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support global marketing activities across digital channels, events, content, and marketing operations. You will join a small, collaborative team based mainly in Finland and report to the Head of Marketing.

The role offers broad exposure to an international business and requires initiative, organization, and English proficiency. Key tasks include updating websites, producing marketing materials, publishing newsletters, and coordinating localization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in international marketing coordination or similar marketing support roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Finnish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Updating websites and other digital marketing channels.
• Coordinating production of print and digital marketing materials.
• Updating marketing materials, including basic copy and image edits.
• Publishing newsletters.
• Creating and publishing social media content.
• Coordinating localization and translation projects with key stakeholders.
• Coordinating marketing events and exhibitions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Supporting the maintenance and effective use of marketing systems and tools.
• Ensuring marketing activities align with brand guidelines and processes.
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs.
