Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc in Helsinki is seeking a Marketing Trainee who is finishing their studies or a recent graduate to support commercial teams with event coordination, content creation and marketing initiatives on a 12‑month fixed-term basis.

You will work 15+ hours per week with flexibility toward full-time, develop product and digital marketing skills, assist with sales events and administrative tasks, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Studying Bachelor's/Master's degree or recent graduate.
• Strong prioritization and ability to help colleagues maximize value.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support localization of marketing campaigns with Brand Manager or Digital Specialist.
• Coordinate translation and localization of global assets for the market.
• Assist in evaluating and optimizing digital strategy across channels and offerings.
• Plan and execute educational events for Health Care Professionals in virtual/hybrid settings.
• Provide administrative support to commercial teams, including PO, invoicing, budgets, and records.
