You will operate at the intersection of marketing, publishing, and creative, translating requests into clear creative solutions and driving execution across campaigns and internal initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership to the Creative Services team with clear inputs and priorities.
• Plan and deliver marketing assets and activities aligned with goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Balance creative and commercial perspectives to enable timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage a broad stakeholder network across Publishing, Game Teams, Creative Services, and executives.
• Design and maintain delivery frameworks (timelines, gates, ceremonies) for visibility and trust.
• Turn strategy into executable plans, identifying risks and bottlenecks to aid decision-making.
