Job summary

Reaktor, a global technology consultancy, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the Marketing and Communications team from our Helsinki office, with on-site presence a couple of days per week. You will shape the marketing strategy across brand, talent, and sales, guiding multi‑sector campaigns and messaging in English and Finnish.

Proven experience leading B2B marketing teams.
Strong strategic thinking and ROI-driven budgeting.
Excellent Finnish and English communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across brand, talent and sales marketing.
Collaborate with business units and Marketing Partners to create sector plans across our markets.
Lead global Marketing and Communications team; track KPIs and campaign performance.
Analyze market trends and client insights to sharpen our competitive edge.
Support leadership with messaging and hands-on marketing efforts.
