Epassi is seeking a results-driven marketer to join our Finland Marketing team in Helsinki. This full-time role offers a hybrid office presence in Ruoholahti, with responsibility for emails, events, and partnerships that grow engagement across Finland.

You will plan and execute targeted campaigns, collaborate with organic social partners, and coordinate with agencies to deliver integrated marketing programs. Finnish and English are required; Swedish is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of marketing experience with B2C focus preferred.
• Degree in Business (Master's, Bachelor's, or Tradename) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation.
• Experience planning and running targeted email campaigns.
• Strong business understanding and heavy writing experience a plus.
• Experience in partner marketing-style creative work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run targeted email campaigns for different user segments across Epassi's channels.
• Run organic social together with our partner.
• Drive events that bring Epassi closer to users and partners.
• Build and grow partnerships that support marketing goals.
• Work with advertising and media agencies to deliver campaigns.
• Find creative ways to use partner networks and 45,000 locations across Finland to activate users.
