Elomatic is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, Marine, to lead marketing and communications for the Marine Business Area. You will translate engineering know-how into compelling stories for the global maritime industry and represent Elomatic on the world stage.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, shaping positioning, campaigns, and events while collaborating with leaders across Finland, Poland, Germany, and North America.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of the global maritime industry and B2B buying processes.
• Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in engineering or other expert services.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Mansioni

• Drive Marine marketing and positioning: Build the Marine value proposition, messaging and positioning based on customer, market and competitor insight.
• Lead content and communications: Turn technical expertise into clear customer value through content, media relations and customer references.
• Generate demand and support growth: Plan campaigns, launches and thought leadership, and lead international trade fairs and customer events.
• Own marketing planning and performance: Create and run the annual marketing plan and budget, track results and manage partners, lead generation and marketing automation.
• Collaborate across the business: Be a strategic partner to business leaders and sales and bring new ideas to make marketing work even better.
