Job summary

Evac Group in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer projects from sales handover to warranty completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery to the highest commercial and technical standards in international markets.

The role requires proven project leadership, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with ERP and PM tools, and fluent English. Finnish or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex international projects.
• Experience handling project budgets, contracts and financial performance.
• Ability to lead virtual and matrix teams across functions and locations.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Fluent English written and verbal.
• Engineering understanding with ability to learn technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from sales handover to warranty completion.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, schedules, scope and risk.
• Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain project records in ERP and PM systems and support invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with Evac processes and deliver milestones.
