WE Tech Solutions Oy, a Finnish marine technology company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow our global business in maritime electrification. You will engage shipowners, shipyards and designers to develop technically and commercially compelling solutions.

The role covers Shaft Generator Solutions and Electrification Solutions, including hybrid and full-electric propulsion, energy storage, DC distribution and shore power.

Qualifications

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Electrical, Automation, Marine or equivalent Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in marine electrical systems.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Actively sell and promote WE Tech’s complete solution portfolio.
• Identify customer needs and develop technically and commercially competitive systems.
• Understand vessel electrical architecture and interfaces.
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements and sales contracts.
• Represent WE Tech at trade shows and customer meetings and coordinate with engineering.
