• Requires technical background or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support and service Marine customers globally.
• Plan, coordinate and administer service jobs using the extensive service network.
• Follow-up on open warranty cases.
• Maintain and update quotations with traceability and accuracy.
• Manage orders from quotation to invoicing; create work orders in ERP and coordinate timelines.
• Plan and conduct service on demand and upgrades; support the execution team.
• Be a substitute for Service Manager and participate in 24/7 emergency support line.
