Normet is seeking a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager based in Espoo or Pirkkala, Finland, with responsibility for leading worldwide demand planning, S&OP, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and IT to drive standardized planning processes and data-driven decisions across regions.

The role combines people leadership, process development, and system ownership to deliver forecast accuracy, optimized stock levels, and scalable

Qualificações

• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management and S&OP.
• Experience coordinating global planning with regional networks.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve global Demand Planning, S&OP and Inventory Management.
• Develop forecasting methodologies, inventory policies, and replenishment logic.
• Improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Lead ERP planning and master data governance; ensure fit-for-purpose systems.
• Coordinate regional Demand planning network and drive best practices.
