Job summary

Lumene Group in Espoo or Stockholm seeks a Senior Demand and Supply Planner to own end-to-end planning for key markets and brands, guiding the S&OP process and developing planning capabilities.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Production and Finance, challenge assumptions, balance service, inventory and cost, and present clear recommendations to decision forums. This role blends analytics with leadership in RELEX and SAP within a Nordic beauty growth environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Several years of experience in planning or related supply chain field (FMCG/beauty a plus).
• Proven S&OP experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for key markets/brands in RELEX; act as senior contact for Commercial and Key Account teams.
• Lead monthly demand and market reviews; build consensus around one plan.
• Translate demand into feasible supply with Procurement/Production; manage MOI and stock levels.
