Job summary

Eaton in Finland is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Network Planner to lead demand-supply balancing across the 0–36 month horizon. You will set guardrails for the consensus plan and collaborate with Buyers, Material Planners, and Order Managers to optimize capacity and inventory across a global network.

You will drive scenario planning, manage exceptions, and work with SIOP, operations and finance teams to improve cash, cost and service metrics.

Qualifications

MBA or Master in Supply Chain / Operations or Engineering preferred.
10+ years of supply chain management and planning experience in a global or multi-plant industrial company.
Experience leading people and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead demand-supply balancing for the value stream across 0–36 months horizon.
Manage capacity vs. demand and raise exceptions with solutions.
Collaborate with operations, warehousing and procurement on capacity gaps.
Oversee replenishment strategy and inventory policy alignment.
Create consensus supply plans balancing inventory and capacity to meet on-time demand.
Ensure schedule adherence and FG targets are met.
Update FG inventory targets with SIOP teams.
Review metrics and drive improvement actions across the network.
Lead value stream improvements impacting cash, cost and service.
