Job summary

Normet Oy is seeking a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager based in Espoo or Pirkkala, Finland. You will lead global Demand Planning, S&OP and Inventory Management, driving forecast accuracy and optimized inventory across regions.

You will shape planning processes, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and IT, and develop systems to enable scalable, profitable growth. Prior experience in multi-location spare parts or aftermarket is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, planning and inventory management.
• Experience with S&OP and global inventory optimization.
• Strong leadership in matrix, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage global Demand Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Management processes.
• Develop forecasting methodologies and replenishment processes.
• Improve forecast accuracy, service levels and planning efficiency.
• Design inventory network, stock policies and replenishment logic.
• Lead regional Demand planning network and cross-functional reviews.
• Architect and own Demand Planning systems and tools.
