Job summary

IFF is seeking a contract and supply management professional to oversee and manage Product Supply Agreements and Product Manufacture Agreements with IFF entities. The role partners with Legal, Procurement and stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management and timely execution of contracts.

The position supports a hybrid model across multiple European sites, including potential travel during the initial period to engage with sites within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, negotiation, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for supply and operating service contracts.
• Administer and monitor contractual obligations and service levels.
• Maintain contract document repositories for easy access and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements and mitigate risks with stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate communication and problem solving.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and provide regular reporting with insights.
• Facilitate amendments, renegotiations, and updates with proper documentation.
• Provide training on contract requirements and governance to internal teams.
