iLOQ, an international company headquartered in Finland, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own the Electronics Manufacturing Services category. The role is based in Espoo or Oulu and involves strategy development, supplier selection, and close collaboration with R&D to support growth.

You will negotiate agreements, drive cost-effective solutions, and lead cross-functional efforts with Supply Chain and Engineering teams, shaping iLOQ's procurement roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sourcing/category/supply chain.
• Technical/engineering education in mechanics/materials/production.
• Strong analytics and a should-cost mindset.
• Strategic, category-owner mindset.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with R&D.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, quality, and availability for Electronics Manufacturing Services category.
• Create and maintain the category strategy.
• Develop cost-effective and scalable supply solutions.
• Lead supplier cooperation and negotiations.
• Collaborate with R&D during product development.
