ICEYE is seeking a Team Manager Supply Chain in Espoo to lead mechanical hardware sourcing and production enablement across satellite programs. You will work on build-to-print CNC parts, release mechanisms, and COTS hardware embedded with engineering projects to mitigate design and supply risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• 7+ years in mechanical sourcing or manufacturing engineering roles with leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments (aerospace/defense) is advantageous.
• Strong ability to read drawings, tolerances, and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for build-to-print CNC components, release mechanisms, COTS hardware, tooling, and consumables.
• Embed in engineering programs to catch design and supply risks early.
• Manage a team of 5+ specialists, coach them, and drive ERP data accuracy.
• Build internationally diversified supplier networks and manage risk.
