Job summary

Hiab is seeking a Product Manager, Service Contracts to own the development and management of the service contract offering on a global scale. You will translate customer needs into a competitive portfolio and roadmap, collaborating with Sales, Service, Finance and Product Management to drive growth and value.

The role requires 5+ years in similar aftermarket roles, multinational experience, and strong commercial and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in similar role in aftermarket business with load handling equipment
• Experience in multinational working environment
• Strong commercial, strategic and influencing skills
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, CRM, CPQ systems
• Fluent written and verbal English language.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the global service contract product strategy, portfolio and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, market opportunities and profitability targets
• Drive profitable growth and commercial performance of the service contract portfolio, including sales, revenue, margin, penetration and lifecycle value
• Define, develop and maintain the global service contract offering, including product structure, value propositions, pricing principles, commercial conditions and local market adaptations
• Lead the continuous improvement of the offering based on customer needs, market intelligence, competitive developments, product performance and business opportunities
• Act as the global product owner for service contract capabilities in CPQ and other relevant sales,administration and digital tools, ensuring effective processes, data quality and governance
• Identify, prioritize and coordinate new product development and major product or feature initiatives, including business cases covering customer value, revenue potential, cost impact and profitability
• Support markets in developing service contract sales strategies, action plans and performance improvements, while contributing to sales planning, business reviews and strategic discussions
• Develop product positioning, communication, training, sales processes and tools to increase service contract penetration and sales effectiveness
• Own performance management and reporting for the service contract portfolio, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions
• Represent the service contract product area in relevant global and cross-functional forums and acts as the key global point of contact for the portfolio.
