Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Billing Support Specialist based in Finland to deliver a seamless billing experience for customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with engineering teams in a fast-paced, globally distributed, asynchronous environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support with billing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, including billing for technical customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely initial responses to billing questions, usage and payment disputes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-specific billing issues, including failed payments and invoices.
• Triage cases and direct customers to documentation, code examples, and resources.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows.
• Recognize recurring issues and share product insights for improvements.
• Reproduce technical issues and create test cases to support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Billing Engineering to resolve customer concerns.
