Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Vet software (Provet) within the Finance Support team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementations and Product Development for efficient service.
• Contribute to achieving OKRs at individual and unit level.
• Help identify and implement improvements to support processes and best practices.
