Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki (onsite) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Data Platform team. You will discover and drive data products that help us make better decisions and improve player experiences across our games.

You will partner with Data Science & Machine Learning and Analytics Engineering teams to deliver data products, BI, reporting, metrics and insights, ensuring measurable business outcomes and game quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in product management with a strong track record of delivering value for business.
• Sufficient depth technically to engage with technical teams, e.g. building productised ML solutions and data-intensive products.
• Demonstrated ability to define and ship data products that have driven significant impact.
• Genuine enthusiasm for games and interest in the gaming industry.
• User-centric – empathize with internal users and the players.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

• Focusing on the 'what' and the 'why'.
• Discover, prioritize and validate high-impact opportunities, help formulate strategy and roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with game teams and other stakeholders and facilitate alignment.
• Define goals, expectations and success metrics focusing on business outcomes.
• Bridge business goals and technical execution, take accountability for product success end-to-end.
• Deliver data products that solve the right problems and define how we can utilize data to make even better games.
