Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Clash Royale LiveOps and Monetization team. You will own multiple live operations initiatives and drive engagement and business growth through data-informed decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into player-facing features, and you will analyze engagement and monetization performance from KPI-level to deep dives. Relocation support is offered if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of engagement drivers and monetization in live service games.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with metrics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive several live operations and monetization elements.
• Define roadmaps and action plans for owned areas.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve player experience and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into features.
