Job summary

Supercell, based in Helsinki, is seeking a Lead to drive the Marketing Data Science team forward. You will own the predictive modeling portfolio, lead a team of data scientists and analysts, and set the technical bar for applied ML and causal inference in a mobile gaming context.

You’ll partner with games and marketing to turn questions into scoped data work, ship measurable outcomes, and shape the function’s direction over 6–36 months. Relocation is supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Senior data science leader with mobile marketing measurement experience.
• Experience building end-to-end measurement models (pLTV, attribution, incrementality).
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the predictive modeling and measurement portfolio across marketing channels.
• Lead and grow the Marketing Data Science team and mentor analysts.
• Set the technical bar for applied ML, causal inference, and production-grade data science.
• Collaborate with game teams and marketing to translate questions into measurable insights.
