Job summary

Supercell in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Product Manager for LiveOps & Monetization on Clash Royale. You will own growth initiatives, drive engagement, and shape monetization strategies while delivering outstanding player experiences across the game.

You will leverage data, competitive research, and player feedback to craft features and experiments, collaborating with a global team to maximize performance and player value.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in free-to-play mobile games.
• Excellent understanding of engagement drivers and monetization design in live-service games.
• Strong ownership mindset with impact-driven focus on game performance and player experience.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with metrics-driven decision making.
• Proactive in running experiments and making data-driven recommendations.
• Comfortable taking calculated risks and sharing lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of live operations and monetization elements.
• Define roadmaps and action plans aligned with live ops and monetization strategy.
• Set and track goals for major initiatives feeding high-level game targets.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate insights into player-facing features.
• Apply best-in-class F2P live ops and monetization mechanics to drive growth.
