Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for Tech roles.
• Proven ability to source and recruit top Tech talent across Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Solutions Architects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proactive, results-driven and able to work independently in ambiguity.
• Ability to prioritize multiple roles in a high-demand startup setting.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top Tech talent through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, talent pools).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, culture fit, and potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for a positive experience.
• Stay current with Tech trends and competitive recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment to shape company growth.
• Handle high-volume recruitment while balancing multiple roles.
• Support Nepal people operations activities like onboarding, offboarding, and general HR duties.
