Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Advisor fluent in Finnish to support TV streaming users. You will handle inquiries via phone, email or chat, resolve technical issues, and address billing questions with a customer-first approach.

The role includes upselling opportunities and working five days a week on 8.5-hour shifts, with a focus on delivering positive, professional service in a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
• Fluency in Finnish (C1), and English written and verbal (B2).
• Administrative and technical knowledge.
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours shifts Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00.

Responsibilities

• Build customer reports by providing support by phone, email or chat.
• Solve technical issues relating to satellite & cable TV and streaming accounts.
• Answer questions about contracts and billing quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when resolving complaints.
• Identify upselling opportunities to match the best package to each customer.
