Job summary

Concentrix in Finland is seeking a Customer Advisor fluent in Finnish to join our TV streaming support team. You will assist customers by phone, email or chat, resolving subscription and technical issues and providing a friendly, professional service.

The role includes upselling opportunities, handling contracts and billing questions, and building trust with customers. Good Finnish (C1) and English (B2) are required, with 12 months' sales or service experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00).

Responsibilities

• Build customer reports by providing support by phone, email or chat.
• Solve technical issues relating to satellite, cable TV and streaming accounts.
• Generate financial trust by answering questions about contracts and billing quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in handling complaints.
• Generate revenue through upselling opportunities during calls.
