Job summary

Concentrix in Turku, Finland, seeks a Customer Advisor who speaks Finnish to help streaming users with subscriptions, payments and technical issues. You will assist by phone, email or chat, build trust, and upsell where appropriate to enhance the customer package.

The role requires at least 12 months in sales or customer service, fluency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2). The position offers a monthly gross salary of 12 000 PLN plus commission and an employment contract.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• Strong communication skills and good listener.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email or chat to resolve subscription issues and provide support.
• Solve technical issues related to TV streaming, satellite or cable services.
• Answer questions about contracts and billing to generate trust and revenue.
• Upsell opportunities during calls to match customer profiles with suitable packages.
