Job summary

Concentrix in Finland is hiring a Customer advisor with Finnish to support a TV streaming provider. You will help users with subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, and handle billing questions by phone, email or chat.

You will upsell matching packages, build trust, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements include Finnish C1, English B2, 12+ months sales or customer service, CRM familiarity, and willingness to work 5 days a week in shifts 8:00-18:00.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish (C1) and good command of English (B2).
• At least 12 months in sales or customer service.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on customer experience.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email or chat.
• Troubleshoot subscription issues and billing queries.
• Build a positive impression with empathetic support.
• Identify upselling opportunities and present suitable packages.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Assist with generating customer reports as needed.
