Job summary

Concentrix in Finland is seeking a Customer Advisor fluent in Finnish to support TV streaming customers by phone, email or chat. You will resolve contracts and billing questions, and help users enjoy their favourite productions with smooth access and no interruptions.

Responsibilities include building customer reports, handling technical issues related to satellite, cable TV and streaming, and spotting upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
• Fluency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2) written and verbal.
• Administrative and technical knowledge.
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hour shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00).

Responsibilities

• Build customer reports by providing support by phone, email or chat.
• Solve technical issues relating to satellite & cable TV and streaming accounts.
• Generate financial trust by answering questions about contracts and billing quickly.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in handling complaints.
• Identify upselling opportunities to provide the best matching package.
