Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle inquiries, turning them into sales or contracts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Business Support to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain high level of customer experience via phone and email communications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers on inbound leads from marketing channels.
• Support Sales and Customer Service behind the scenes and work with the Sales team daily as part of Business Support.
