Job summary

Hansen Toft is seeking a Country Sales Director on behalf of Kramp to lead the Finnish business, providing leadership across the Finnish organisation and driving commercial development.

You will directly lead three Account Managers and report to the Cluster Managing Director, becoming part of the Nordic Cluster Management Team and representing Finland in the wider Nordic agenda. The role requires a strong presence in Paimio near Turku and travel within the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership and business development.
• Experience in an international B2B aftermarket organisation in Agri, automotive, construction/building materials or related industries.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and commercially curious with drive for results.
• IT-savvy with understanding of e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable and profitable growth and ensure delivery on sales, margin, budget and KPIs.
• Lead, develop and motivate the Finnish sales team and provide leadership across the wider Finnish organisation.
• Translate Nordic and Group strategies into Finnish commercial plans and actions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop Kramp's position as a solutions provider (aftermarket, Industry/MRO, Forestry & Landscaping, Construction).
• Manage key stakeholders and maintain a strong presence within the organisation and with customers.
• Strengthen collaboration between Finland and the wider Nordic organisation.
• Act as the de facto Country Manager for Finland with responsibility for legal-entity, statutory and employer obligations.
