Job summary

LEMAN in Finland seeks a Sales Manager – Air & Sea to drive new business across Finland, reporting to the Head of Sales Finland. You will hunt opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and establish long-term customer relationships while collaborating with operations to onboard clients.

The role requires a hunter mentality, experience in Air & Sea freight forwarding, and fluency in Finnish and English, with hybrid work and a company car included.

Qualifications

• Experience within Air & Sea freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of international logistics and supply chains.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in Finnish and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive new business strategy across Finland.
• Identify, pursue and win new Air & Sea customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
• Strengthen LEMAN’s visibility and Air & Sea presence in the Finnish market.
• Contribute actively to the growth journey of LEMAN Finland.
