Reporting directly to the Finance Director Mediq Nordics, you will lead performance management, provide clear financial insight, and support accountability meetings including the Monthly Performance Review.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• Eight+ years in a commercial finance role.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and guiding transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team to analyze profitability and pricing.
• Drive P&L improvements through actionable insights.
• Support revenue growth via market analysis and bids.
• Use BI data tools to inform decisions and governance.
• Prepare accountability meetings with senior management.
