Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Equipment Sales Engineer to build trusted relationships and drive growth in the assigned region. You will promote and support a broad portfolio of Trane HVAC products and related solutions, identify opportunities, and develop proposals.

The ideal candidate holds a Technical University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy or Aeronautic Engineering, has at least 3 years of technical sales experience, speaks Finnish and English, and travels about 60% of the time

Qualifications

• Technical University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy or Aeronautic Engineering.
• Min. 3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably HVAC.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted customer relationships and maximize account share in the assigned region.
• Promote, sell, and support a broad portfolio of Trane products and related solutions.
• Identify opportunities, create proposals, and close orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver best total solution.
• Travel approximately 60% within the assigned area to serve customers.
