Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of data center cooling and thermal management solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Finland.
• Manage full sales process from opportunity to order closure.
• Prepare and present customer proposals with internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; identify new service opportunities.
• Keep CRM and sales pipeline up to date.
