The candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets, drive KPIs, and coordinate with various functions to support business growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in depot, fleet, logistics, or large-scale operations.
• Experience in EU regulatory and labor frameworks.
• English fluency required; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations including vehicle dispatch, charging, and parking.
• Ensure SLA compliance, safety standards, and policy adherence.
• Lead depot teams; set targets and conduct reviews.
• Monitor KPIs: fleet availability, turnaround time, and costs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Fleet, Finance, HR, and HQ.
