Job summary

BYD Finland is seeking a Manager Fleet to oversee commercial strategy and execution for the fleet market, including leasing, corporate accounts, and institutional customers. You will drive used car remarketing and CPO program management to ensure sustainable volume growth.

You will lead a high-performing fleet team, collaborate with internal and external partners, and translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans in a fast-growing, international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven success in passenger car fleet sales and strong network in Finnish market.
• Analytical, strategic and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in fleet pricing, negotiations, and large-scale account development.
• Fluent Finnish and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and acquire new fleet customers including corporates and public sector.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and tender processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated fleet solutions.
