Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee robotaxi fleets and depot activities across Europe. You will manage safety operators, technicians, and depot staff while coordinating with engineering, product, and fleet teams to ensure continuous readiness and high performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, KPI-driven operations, and scalable deployment across new cities, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction in autonomous mobility services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet operations or mobility services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to manage 24/7 operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and operational reporting.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depot locations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through planning and coordination.
• Oversee robotaxi depot safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, SDS Specialists.
• Ensure cleanliness, charging, inspections, maintenance prior to deployment.
• Support depot setup for new city launches and expansions.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff.
• Create shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Ensure procedures and safety standards are followed.
• Act as primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily activities with engineering, product, and fleet teams.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, performance summaries.
• Escalate risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support customer visits, audits, reviews.
• Monitor KPIs like fleet availability, uptime, dispatch efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
