Job Description

Fujitsu is hiring a Consultant for its newly established European consulting brand, Europe Wayfinders, based in Helsinki, Finland. The role focuses on helping clients achieve business and management transformation by leveraging technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The successful candidate will contribute to client consulting engagements, manage portions of project deliverables, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support client meetings and workshops. Responsibilities also include developing consulting frameworks and templates, improving delivery processes, supporting practice development, and contributing to onboarding, mentoring, training, and knowledge management.

The Consultant will assist with business development by researching and analysing data, preparing proposal materials and client presentations, maintaining a library of client success examples, and supporting marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

Candidates should have consulting experience at a tier-one consultancy or an equivalent advisory role within a tier-one services or solutions company. Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills are required. Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English are also essential.

The recruitment process consists of 2–3 stages. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are not provided.
