Job summary

Jobtailor in Espoo seeks a Senior Technical Solution Manager to lead a complex infrastructure and application development engagement. You will own the technical solution, ensure linkage to cost case, proposal, and contract, and drive a profitable, marketable outcome.

You will coordinate the technical team, manage deployment and performance, and mitigate risks while negotiating with client CIOs and IT architects. Finnish and English business communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of engagement experience in a Technical Solution Manager role.
• Experience with Kyndryl solutioning processes and related tools (SDM, Framework Blue).
• Ability to negotiate smoothly with client CIOs, infrastructure managers, and IT architects and with internal engineers.
• Experience in remote videoconference proposal activities.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong business communication skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Technical Solution for the Infrastructure and application development Managed Services engagement.
• Ensure the technical solution links to the cost case, proposal, and contract.
• Minimize business risk by addressing high-risk issues and gaps.
• Own the technical Bid and Proposal budget for the engagement.
• Manage all aspects of the technical team's deployment and performance.
• Ensure the solution is marketable, profitable, and deliverable.
