Birn+Partners in Espoo seeks an international Consultant to win business, advise boards, and lead Nordic mandates that span across Europe. You will work closely with Nordic clients, bringing analytical sharpness and practical insight to every assignment.

You will originate new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics and Europe, driving growth and cross-border success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating business in professional services.
• Ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships with clients.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Nordic executive teams and boards on strategic and organizational challenges.
• Lead and contribute to assignments across executive search and leadership advisory.
• Run cross-Nordic mandates spanning Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships and actively grow your portfolio.
