We offer our customers high-quality ingredients, full transparency throughout the entire value chain, and products that work — supported by peer-reviewed clinical studies. We are a fast-growing scale-up operating at the intersection of biotechnology, functional ingredients, health, wellness, and sustainability. Our culture is driven by innovation, collaboration, integrity, and a strong focus on delivering value to our customers. As a growing company, we are constantly evolving. Not all processes, structures, and systems are fully built yet — and that is part of the opportunity. We are looking for people who are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, can create clarity where it does not yet exist, and are motivated by building scalable ways of working as the company grows.
KÄÄPÄ Biotech is growing, and we are looking for a ERP & Master Data Specialist to take a key role in developing the systems and data foundation behind our operations.
Our ERP environment is becoming increasingly central to how we manage production, inventory, purchasing, traceability and operational reporting. We are looking for someone who can combine ERP expertise, manufacturing process understanding and strong data discipline — and help us build scalable ways of working as the company grows.
This is not an IT infrastructure or software-development role. You will work at the intersection of business processes, ERP, master data and operations, collaborating closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance.
This is an opportunity to have a real impact on how a growing manufacturing company operates. You will not simply maintain an existing system — you will help build the ERP processes, data structures and working practices that enable scalable operations.
