Job summary

Atsalea Software Oy seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive ERP D365 deployment initiatives from Helsinki region with a strong emphasis on change management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, and schedules, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in project management, experience with ERP and D365 deployments, and fluency in English and Finnish. Remote and on-site work options are available in the Helsinki area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in ERP/digital transformation.
• Experience leading ERP deployment projects including D365.
• Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Prince2, IPMA C, PMP are valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and reporting; track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead risk management activities and change management focus across deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful D365 implementations.

Project Manager for ERP D365 deployment projects

Senior consultant and partner role focusing on client engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgeting, risk management, reporting and scheduling with strong change management focus. Start with a Microsoft ERP D365 implementation assignment.

The candidate should have 8+ years of project management experience (waterfall and/or Scrum/SAFe), experience delivering successful engagements with technical teams and third-party vendors, and a history of ERP project implementations leadership including D365. Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Prince2, IPMA C, PMP are valued.
