Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA region. The role focuses on driving the commercial success of Eaton’s systems portfolio within the Data Center segment, with preferred bases in the UK or nearby Europe.

You will lead strategy planning, offer roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market orchestration across global and regional teams. Responsibilities include developing segment reports, defining growth strategies, and ensuring alignment with profitability targets

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
10–15 years in Offer Management, Business Development, or related commercial leadership roles.
Experience with value-based pricing, portfolio strategy, and GTM frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Segment Strategy, accuracy of market insights, and scorecards.
Lead Offer design, ROI analysis, and pricing in coordination with regional marketing.
Drive cross-functional alignment across PLMs, marketing and sales for GTM.
Develop system sales enablement tools, battle cards, and value propositions.
