Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Service Enablement Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional programs across 20+ countries and 5 service lines in EMEA. You will enable execution teams, bridge strategy and delivery, and ensure initiatives meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include defining objectives, roadmaps, governance, stakeholder management, and measurable value delivery. A collaborative, data-driven leader is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Engineering or related field
• 8–12+ years in program management, consulting or operations leadership
• Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA preferred) and service delivery organizations
• Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Define and structure program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned to EMEA Services goals
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams
• Translate services operations gaps into structured initiatives
• Lead execution of cross-functional programs in alignment with OpEx pillars
• Establish governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures
• Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Coordinate across functions (operations, finance, IT, commercial, etc.) to ensure aligned execution
• Track and measure program performance and business outcomes
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Drive organizational change associated with program initiatives
