Job summary

DNV Energy Systems is seeking a Regional Segment Lead for the Data Centers growth segment in Region Northern Europe. You will drive the regional segment strategy, align with global priorities and convert opportunities across markets by coordinating with Market Area Managers, Key Account Managers and delivery teams.

You will lead market intelligence, shape growth initiatives, manage external relations and build a credible regional profile, travel as required, and ensure projects are safe,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; MBA advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the data centre market, customers, lifecycle, and power/infrastructure constraints.
• Demonstrated business development or sales experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to translate market insight into clear priorities, value propositions and actions.
• Experience working across countries and organisational boundaries with credibility.
• Fluent English; additional Nordic language capability is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the regional Data Center segment growth strategy in Region Northern Europe.
• Drive market intelligence, identify trends, opportunities and risks across Northern Europe.
• Maintain a regional capability matrix and coordinate with Market Area Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Shape external relations, events and leadership presence to build a credible regional profile.
• Support business development, opportunity conversion and mobilise capabilities across functions and geographies.
• Lead the regional Data Center network and foster collaboration across countries and service areas.
